Breakfast was excellent with a large, varied selection every day; there was no reception staff at arrival, so I had to call and receive an access code; no information was available in English, there was no bar, and the hotel offered no assistance throughout the day.

The room could have offered a Wienerbrød bacon pølser and the egg that was served. The TV was hung on a wall that made it hard to hold your neck. There were several power outlets, one by the door. The bathroom had an odor. We were left behind because there was no staff; when we arrived we were given a key code and a key, but there was no reception.

Everything was perfect – the hotel was surrounded by interesting spots, restaurants, shopping and cozy cafés; it was clean and tidy, the room felt warm and spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful when we needed them most. We had planned to stay from Thursday 13 August to Sunday 16 August but had to cut the trip short because our sick dog needed us, so we’ll probably return next year; we still managed to enjoy almost two days and would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. The only thing I could possibly complain about were the wonderful beds – it was hard to get out of them because they were so comfortable.
