The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the nearby market is a Chinese‑owned business where you can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine. We hit a couple of power outages during our stay, and the airport pick‑up took a long time; a gentle reminder might help.

The only thing good was the bed, though the sheets had holes. The room’s location and poor upkeep were disappointing: the wallpaper was torn, Wi‑Fi was awful, the toilet vent was bad, and the shower was a bit clogged.

The staff were friendly, the top‑level restaurant had a great view, and the hotel’s central location plus free one‑way airport transfer were big pluses. The air conditioner in our executive room didn’t work, so the staff brought us fans.

Very good professional staff. From driver, ground reception and front office.keep it up!. Carpeted floors are not my favourite, cleaning is a challenge. The sink in the room needs some maintenance. The first look, b4 realising it's not dirty is a put off
