We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, with easy access to the airport bus and train station, making it convenient to visit Camogli and Portofino. There were also great seafood restaurants nearby. The reception was very helpful, even when we arrived late at 11 p.m. We called and were able to get inside immediately. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, and the staff were very friendly. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily recommend this place!. The bathroom was spacious, but the washbasin was quite small and tucked into a corner, and the shower cabin was also rather small. There seemed to be enough space to make both more comfortable. The shower cabin also had visible water marks, suggesting it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, which was a little unpleasant. As for noise, the soundproofing was limited, and we could hear our neighbours coming and going and using the bathroom. However, we experienced similar noise levels in other hotels in Italy, so this seems fairly common and is simply something to be aware of

“Hotel v meščanski hiši”

The hotel is basically a large apartment converted into a few hotel rooms, located on the third floor of an old city house. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was small and not the prettiest, but it was fine for one night. The location is good, practically in the center of Geneva.

The location and parking tips are helpful. The cleanliness (shower, wardrobe and bedding) is lacking, no blankets or toilet paper, no breakfast available and no recommendations for breakfast or dinner in the area.

“TRES BIEN SITUE - STAFF AU TOP & TRES TRES PROPRE !”

The location is excellent – the room was quiet even though the hotel sits in the city center. The service was better than expected for a 2‑star. The reception is open 24/7 – a huge thank you to CHIARA for her welcome and good recommendations ;-) It’s neither good nor bad, but worth noting because it’s not usual: the hotel actually occupies the 4² floor of a private bourgeois building, so the entrance isn’t always obvious on arrival. PS: for car arrivals, don’t hesitate to leave it in the partner garage – there are few spots in town and especially the paid parking zones are hard to read if you’re not familiar. The shower and sink are a bit small, but that’s a detail (unless you stay for a long time).
