Everything was terrible, nothing good; our holiday turned into a complete nightmare. The property not only offered poor service but also overcharged us. We had booked for three nights, yet we had to leave after the second night, yet they still charged us for all three. Basic hot drinks like tea and coffee were extra, breakfasts were almost non‑standard, and the bill included unnecessary, inflated items. Their billing was utterly unfair. I definitely do not recommend it. Service quality was zero, hygiene was bad, and the management approach was highly problematic. In short, it feels like a place that tries to mislead guests. Anyone planning to stay here should think twice.

Balkan‑style atmosphere, live music during hearty dinners, and courteous, friendly service; the only downside was the absence of a trash bin at the entrance—a minor detail.
