The room had a double bath, a jacuzzi, a double trout together, a private terrace on the 2nd floor, and an outdoor jacuzzi with room service. Nothing was lacking, everything was perfect!

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were excellent, and the room was warm and cozy for rest. The staff were very attentive at check‑in and check‑out and would buy you anything you didn’t have. However, when you leave and go to the parking lot, the staff ask you about shampoo or other items that are on the room terrace, and everything from the minibar is charged—nothing is complimentary. The terrace jacuzzi can’t be filled or used; they lack usage instructions.

The location was fine, but it was absolutely not worth the price or the rating. The terrace couldn’t be used because there was no sunshade, and they asked if I’d want to upgrade the room but only if I paid in cash, which was very odd.
