Microtel Inn & Suites Springville

“Not great.”

Checking in and out online was easy, but our room smelled like a wet dog and the fan blower was blowing smelly air—very gross.

I came for the Bills game; the location was great and the surroundings beautiful, and the staff was very pleasant and polite.

“Expectations were more than reality showed.”

Breakfast offered a good selection of food in the morning and parking was convenient, but the room shower was disappointing: I expected a hard‑massaging shower but it only had a straight line weak pressure and straight flow of water. Check‑in was fine, yet check‑out had errors to correct from the check‑in process, and there were extra charges beyond just the room charge.

“Terrible and would like a full refund.”

The room was very clean and the staff was good, but there was too much noise from the roads and rowdy guests in the community area; loud noises came from the upstairs hallway and the room above, with no noise‑deadening in rooms or hallways, and the A/C was hard to set.

“I would definitely choose this place again.”

The staff are friendly, rooms were very clean and beds super comfy, and I was thrilled there were actual gluten‑free items for breakfast—thanks for considering those who can’t eat normal food. The coffee dispenser ran out in the morning and the gentleman who replaced it couldn’t find the right keys to open it; it eventually got refilled but didn’t seem as strong.
