It was very close to the MTR station and to Jollibee with rice. The elevator was too small; my wife felt uneasy in the cramped space and wanted to see outside.

Sunny was very hands‑on with us. He did his best to find us and help us when we ran into a problem. Throughout our stay he was very helpful and courteous. Thank you so much, Sunny!

The location was convenient for moving around Hong Kong. The room was very different from the photos. We expected two beds, but we found only one small single bed. There were insects in the bathroom, and the room had a very bad smell. They didn’t clean or tidy the room during our entire stay from Friday to Sunday. The building (Chungking Mansions) is extremely chaotic, crowded, and dirty, with food and insects everywhere, and it’s quite stressful to reach the hostel

The rooms felt cramped, with no place to stash luggage; we had to leave our bags on the bed because there was no storage.
