The bed feels very comfy, breakfast is top quality, there are accessibility bars, the AC works well, and the shower is fine. The whole place is super clean. The problem is that breakfast, lunch and dinner start and finish too early, and the bathroom trash can had no lid.

The place is in a great location, the food is tasty, and the vibe is cozy. On the downside, the phone in the room never worked and there was nowhere to plug it in, and the TV had no internet.

The hotel sits right next to the historic basilica and the room itself was nice. But I booked through the online platform and nobody answered when I asked about parking. When I got there, my reservation wasn’t even on the system and they said the platform was messing up. I’d paid extra for a balcony with a view of the new basilica, but the room had no balcony at all. Other than that, it was fine.
