We arrived on the island after a 2‑hour ferry (with luggage, heat, etc.) and searched for the hotel for 15 minutes because the directions were wrong. Once there, no one was present, no staff to welcome us, the place was small, and the only phone number led to voicemail. We had to find another hotel at the last minute.

“Nie wieder, dann lieber Hostel”

The location was fine, nothing more. The cleanliness was lacking, the reception was unhelpful, several things were broken or unacceptable, and the room wasn’t ready.

The door, after closing, had a huge gap and you could hear everything; insects flew in from there and from the bathroom window, which had no door and was just open. We found a fly in the room. We had to cancel one of the three nights we had booked.

The place was well situated and cheap. It’s old, so the hygiene isn’t the best, but it’s still okay. It’s what you see in the pictures, nothing fancy.

“A FUIR !”

The only real plus was how close the hotel is to the disembarkation quay. The “reception” is tucked into a corner of the building, right on the street, with no clear signage. The “receptionist” looked more like a stoned sailor than someone you’d expect to help. The escort to the room was very rushed. Inside the room there was no water or fridge. The sheets could have been called “50 shades of white.” The single window faced a technical duct. The tiny bathroom could only fit a shower on the toilet. The Wi‑Fi was poor.
