Clean lobby, room, bedding and toilet, with 2 large mirrors in room and bathroom even with smaller size room which I selected. Well behaved and cooperative staff. Best thing is the availability of a water filter and water cooler for everyone's use, this is generally not available at most hotels and you are forced to buy drinking water bottles. Water filter should be in much better condition

The front‑of‑house team, especially Paul, stayed attentive and helpful throughout our visit, arranging taxis and supplying all the details we needed for our time in Amritsar.
