My experience at this hotel was largely positive, with the staff being truly incredible. They went above and beyond to help me retrieve a sentimental item I had left at another hotel, and their efforts were greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, and the location was excellent. However, the breakfast was not the best I had tried, although it was still quite good.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel offered everything I needed. Its location was convenient, and I felt it was a great value for the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

My stay was a mixed bag, with the hotel's location and staff being standout positives - they were very friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast selection, and the bathroom could benefit from some updates. Overall, it was a decent experience, but with some areas for improvement.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, as my partner and I had a wonderful time staying here in Hanoi. The staff made us feel welcome and at home, and the hotel's cleanliness and spacious bathroom and terrace were impressive. Given its 3-star rating, I thought it was a great value, and its proximity to Old Town was a major plus.

I was pleased with my stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located near my workplace at the hospital. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's 24/7 front desk was a big plus. The room and facilities were also impressive. My only suggestion for improvement would be for the staff to work on their English language skills.
