“Unacceptable, dirty, poor service, rude employees”
DISLIKED. The breakfast was the same every day—eggs and sausage. The machines were broken and nobody was available to take requests. I needed a handicap room and it was placed on the 2nd floor; the elevator was broken and no one helped with my luggage. I asked for linen and towels, and I argued with an attendant to get clean towels. The room was marked "do not disturb" by employees. Linen service was only Monday–Wednesday and Friday. No staff were available to provide linen. I had booked 4 days, 3 nights, and checked out myself on 10-10. The towels were dirty, the room was dirty, the desk staff was rude and not willing to help an older male man. They made inappropriate remarks about my linen request. I couldn't stay another day with dirty linen.
