The hotel has no kitchen or fridge, and the parking is on the street.

Cleanliness, air conditioning, TV, shower. The toilet capacity is broken, and there is no window in the bathroom.

Clean location, good conditions. I would choose it again if needed. I prefer a more natural setting, but that doesn’t mean it’s not okay.
