The hotel is definitely tired, yet its former glory still lingers. Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient for short stays. The port is nearby, though all other entertainment options feel a bit far. The only downside was that the TV only offered Chinese programs, which was very inconvenient.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. They enabled us to get taxis and other services whenever we needed them. However, there was no laundry area for guests to wash clothes, which would have been useful if a few machines and dryers were available.

The room was very spacious, which I loved. The bathroom was a transparent cubicle, and the check‑in staff was a bit rude when I asked about purchases made in China that I expected to be delivered to the hotel; their reply was simply “Macao is not China.”

The proximity to the arrival ferry port and the departure bus terminal for Hong Kong was great. The only issue was that the rugs were stained.
