“Worst Hotel! Not 5 Star! AVOID!”

Staying at the Goodrich Hotel was a disaster from day one. The photos online are seriously misleading - the place is in desperate need of renovation. My room flooded due to an AC leak on the first night, and we had to move to another room the next morning. The carpets and furniture were stained, making me question the cleanliness. The water in the bathroom was yellow and dirty, and don't even get me started on the nightclub above the rooms that blasted music till 1:30 AM.

“Nice hotel, great rooms, noisy location”

The room at this hotel was a highlight - spacious with a great bathroom, comfy bed, and nice decor. The staff were helpful too. However, the location has its downsides. The road in front of the hotel is incredibly noisy, and the area isn't really walkable. The music in the lobby was loud and crackling through old speakers - I'd suggest replacing them. Breakfast had plenty of options, but it often went cold quickly since the heaters weren't set high enough.

The room was nice, but the towels were a letdown - they were dirty and torn. I asked for new ones and got some that were dirty too. I also requested fresh pillows, but they didn't have any clean ones available. And get this, the hot water took 10 minutes to arrive. Not great, especially when you're tired.

“Ok for one night”

The location and price of this hotel are its redeeming qualities. However, the loud music from the rooftop bar was a major issue for me. It was really disruptive, and I didn't get much sleep.

“Best Hotel in Kemaang”

The staff at this hotel were amazing, especially the front desk employees, Mr. Aldi and Ms. Nadia. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel's proximity to the Kemaang LIPPO Mall was super convenient. That being said, the breakfast options were a bit limited for foreigners - they could definitely work on improving that. The quality of the food was good, though.
