The front desk staff were kind and polite, though the lady spoke in a very soft voice that was hard to catch. The lobby had a fresh, clean scent. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. However, the bathroom door wouldn’t close fully, the bathtub looked unclean, and the bathroom itself was tiny. My husband noticed a dip in the floor that might indicate a leak. The sink sat outside the bathroom, right next to the hallway door, leaving little space for toiletries. We could hear people in the rooms above or beside us making noise well past midnight, so we had to crank the box fan on high.

Everything was clean, the staff were very polite, the location was good, and we had all the amenities we needed. Nothing to complain about.

The front desk guy was pleasant and polite, and they did accommodate our request for two rooms together, which we really appreciated. The room, however, had a strong odor from whatever cleaning product was used; another guest we spoke to outside mentioned the same issue. The bathroom needed a full overhaul: the faucet handle was rusted, there was mold on the shower curtain, and the tub drain was clogged. The towels were too rough; we’d prefer softer ones and two full sets.
