The air‑conditioner in the room worked really well, but the bathroom was always dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets had a yellowish tint. Breakfast only offered packaged brioche, and the common areas were cluttered with the host’s personal items. The host was friendly yet kept sending messages. I won’t return because of these issues, though there is room for improvement.

The location is strategic, letting you walk to the city’s attractions in a short time. Mr. Claudio was available and responsive via WhatsApp and email. The room was large and clean, and the shared bathrooms were tidy. Overall a positive experience and highly recommended. I found no shortcomings.

The climate control worked well, the host was nice, the neighborhood was quiet, and there were two bathrooms to use. The shower was very small with a fixed shower head, the doors let in a lot of sound, there was a lot of activity in the apartment in the mornings, and the bed made a little squeak.

The location was perfect. The owner was kind and helpful, even providing a beach umbrella. The property is inexpensive. The pillows were very uncomfortable—tall and hard—so we had to replace them each night with a towel rolled for the shower. For us who moved around a lot during the day, it was exhausting not being able to rest well. The balcony is shared with the adjacent room and its window is split by the wall that separates the two rooms; unfortunately after the first night we were abruptly woken at 8 am by what seemed like someone wanting to enter our room, but then we realized the neighbors had opened their half of the window. There is a strong unpleasant smell in the hallway and kitchen that you can’t identify, perhaps because the apartment is a bit dated.
