The manager demanded extra money for the accommodation, and when I didn’t pay, he denied my stay even after confirmation.

I couldn’t check in because the staff were terrible, so I never stayed at all.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, especially when I needed medical assistance; they were all very hospitable. The room was nice and the value for money was excellent. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
