Ritta was awesome and accommodated everything I asked for, even when my flights were cancelled they were very welcoming.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, which was close to a beautiful public garden where I enjoyed a lovely walk. The proximity to restaurants and other attractions was also a major plus. Overall, the hotel's location was its best feature.
