The owner was extremely accommodating and fulfilled all our special requests, for which we are very grateful; the hotel’s location was wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay, it was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful—everything fit together nicely.

The location was good, but the heating was never turned on despite complaints, leaving the room and bathroom at 4‑6 °C, so the conclusion is that complaints were ignored.
