Everything was perfect. The room doors made a loud noise every time they were closed; that noise should definitely be reduced.

The hotel’s intimate setting in the financial district was great. I loved the service, the fact that it wasn’t a huge hotel, and how easy it was to get around. The decor was exquisite and the bathrooms were incredible. The breakfast and dining area were lovely. I had a wonderful experience. It’s close to train stations. The downside was that there weren’t many walkable restaurants or shops nearby, except for the train station, which had everything. The views were not spectacular.

“Beautiful room and great location, but limited amenities for the price.”

The spot was perfect, right next to Ginza and Tokyo station, and the room was spacious and gorgeous, with top‑grade materials everywhere. I was let down by how tiny the hotel felt – the lobby and restaurant were cramped, and there was no pool, just a small jacuzzi. For the price I paid, I expected more from a Four Seasons.

The room was huge and comfy, the staff were super attentive and polite, and the location was great for anyone who loves Ginza and wants easy access to Tokyo station.
