The room was comfortable, spacious, the towels were nice, the bed was cozy, and there were different pillows. They left a coffee maker but no coffee, the shower water stagnated because of poor design, and I felt there were missing lights in the room.

The location is fine. The reception service was terrible: they handed me the room 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the receptionist wouldn’t charge me earlier because she had already finished her shift, I waited because the room wasn’t ready and it was given to some Americans who arrived after me.
