I’ve stayed in a hotel of this chain before and it was wonderful; the front desk, breakfast staff, and housekeeping were all attentive and pleasant, and the little touches in the room (chocolates, gummies, water) plus all the amenities were lovely, but the parking was uncomfortable and not suitable for all guests.

The place was in a fantastic spot, the building was exceptional, the rooms were clean and spacious, yet the bathroom tiles in my room were somewhat worn and didn’t match a 4‑star hotel.
