Cleanliness and service attitude were good; having a laundry bag and tissue paper would have made it better.

The staff were helpful and could speak good Mandarin and Malay; noise from outside was clearly audible, so the room isn’t suitable for light sleepers.

The location is close to restaurants; the room facilities are very limited and the AC is broken, and the room opposite is very noisy.

The room is clean and big, and the location is fantastic; car parking is insufficient, and the reception is dated and lacks air‑con.
