I loved the rustic charm of the building and the room was very comfortable. I wasn’t able to turn the AC off and it sat on 16 degrees the entire time. I could have spoken to staff who I’m sure would have been eager to rectify the issue but didn’t think about it until it was too late

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, and you can feel the history of the building in its neighbourhood and surroundings, plus the family atmosphere is an extra asset.

Only the location was okay. The property was horrible and what they show in photos is very different from what you actually experience—typical people.

The property’s location is really good, but the breakfast was really disappointing. We specifically booked the stay with breakfast included, expecting a decent breakfast given the overall value for money. Unfortunately, the experience was far below our expectations. They served masala dosa that appeared to have been brought in from outside, while claiming it was prepared by them. It was clear it was not freshly made. Considering the extra amount we paid for the breakfast‑included package, there are plenty of better breakfast options outside at a much lower cost. Overall, the breakfast was not worth the extra money we paid, and this was a disappointing part of an otherwise expected stay.
