There was a short circuit in the shower and they told me they could only fix it the next day. They took advantage of the lack of parking in the city due to an event and doubled the cost of the stay.

The hotel sits right in the middle of Ipatinga’s Cracolândia; the street is full of zombies and you can’t even get out of your car to check in. We never stayed, requested a cancellation, and they wouldn’t accept it.
