The proprietor is a perfect “hostess”: kind, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs. The property is beautiful, though a few details could be improved. The location is exceptional, just a few hundred meters from the highway (which makes traveling in any direction easy). Breakfast is excellent. The green surroundings bring a lot of humidity, so rooms—especially those on the ground floor—should have a dehumidifier. Some details need reviewing, such as TV reception problems.

Amazing accommodation near Florence. The town was very accessible by bus, so we could leave our car parked at the lodging. The owner was perfect, very helpful, and supportive in everything. The place was pleasant, comfortable, clean, and truly charming. We had an unforgettable stay and will recommend this spot further.
