They were flexible with early check‑in. However, I rented a chalet with a private pool, only to find the heating wasn’t working and the water was cold, so the pool was unusable; I asked the staff for a fix multiple times but received no prompt response, and the chalet needed more maintenance and better cleaning—overall, it didn’t justify the price paid.

Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and great for kids, and the location was good, but we asked for the lounge to be cleaned and nobody came.

I’ve stayed here many times and always appreciate the ambience and facilities, especially at Khozama resort in Taif, but the pool has been out of order during my last two visits.

The place is relaxed and quiet, and I stayed for one night before heading to Umrah, but it didn’t look like the pictures showed; the resort seemed abandoned with no proper management, no Wi‑Fi, an empty pool with dirty water, ruined grass, a broken doorbell, and overall poor upkeep.
