The room didn’t live up to the price, and the bathroom was the worst part of the stay.

The location was good, but when I showered the taps spewed black, dirty water; I was so startled I had to yell at the staff, who said it sometimes happens if a room sits unused for a while—unbelievable. I considered filing a police complaint and demanding a refund but didn’t have the time; it’s disgusting and I’d advise everyone to stay away.

Very bad customer service: the room for an unmarried couple wasn’t mentioned when I booked, and the advance payment was never returned. The same terrible service applied to both the booking and the refund process.
