The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression. However, I noticed that the cleaning staff could improve their game - the room wasn't always fully stocked with essentials, and I had to ask at the front desk for extra toiletries. Not a huge deal, but a bit inconvenient. Overall, a solid stay, but some areas for improvement.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and accommodating - they really went out of their way to help. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed to find that my non-smoking floor still had a pretty strong cigarette smell. Not ideal, but the staff's warmth made up for it a bit.
