The food blew me away—there was a whole 500‑gram lobster, the salmon sashimi was delicious, and the pork shabu was filling. Breakfast featured a miso soup with sea cucumber and a whole grilled herring. Playing with the cats left me feeling great, and the hotel really felt 120 % awesome. The only hiccup was a little crab that appeared out of nowhere, but being able to see the sea from the room made up for it.

Dinner and breakfast were generous, with tasty seafood and even dumplings. The friendly, cute cats and the sparkling hot spring were soothing. I appreciated the birthday service and the thoughtful gestures.

Miho was incredibly kind, and the meals—both dinner and breakfast—were fresh, tasty, and surpassed our expectations. This stay ranks among the most memorable moments of our Japan trip, and I would highly recommend it.

For cat lovers, the adorable felines were irresistible, and we could enjoy the local sea urchin. The only downside was that the dishes were too plentiful.
