The rooms were roomy and spotless, complete with every facility. The only downside was the floor—my child accidentally broke a cup, and the hotel charged 150/- for that old cup. That felt more like a lack of hospitality than just a fee.

Staying in the suite gave me the privilege of seeing Kanchanjanga from my room. The food variety and the staff's behaviour left something to be desired.

The hotel is centrally located. We booked three rooms for two days but checked out after only one day. When we asked to cancel the extra day, the staff was very rude and wouldn’t comply. One of the rooms had poop in the toilet that wasn’t flushed. The quilt looked used and wasn’t warm enough. Muskaan’s service in the restaurant was the worst; she seemed arrogant and ignored our requests. It was the worst experience; we left after one day despite booking for two.

The location is super! You can see both the city and Kanchanjunga, and the mall (square, city center) and the viewpoint are 10‑15 minutes away. The food at the restaurant is excellent for lunch and dinner. They brought a heater, and hot water is available at certain times. The room feels like it isn’t swept at all—there are glass shards on the carpet. The bedding is either very old or not fresh.
