I loved the shared kitchen and the private patio attached to the family room, which let us see and hear the howler monkey before we actually saw him; it was super clean. The staff were more than helpful! The location was even better, with a 15‑minute walk in either direction on sidewalks that got us wherever we needed.

We enjoyed the shared kitchen and the staff were very helpful, and the room was clean. The location was loved for its convenience, with a short 15‑minute walk on sidewalks in either direction to reach what we needed, though the steep hill leaving the hotel might not appeal to everyone.

The staff were good, the location was good, and the kitchen was fine. Nothing in particular.
