The house was full of bedbugs and filthy, and the people living there were alcoholics and potheads; the place was filthy, there were bedbugs in my room, I stayed for 14 days hoping for some peace and quiet, but I couldn't even turn off the lights at night for fear the bedbugs would come out, so if you don't want to pay money only to have a miserable experience, stay away from this dirty place.

“Great value for money in good location for public transport”

The place sits right in a great spot for our London trip, with easy access to a decent area about 10‑15 minutes from the main bus and train lines; it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for budget accommodation. The only downside is that there’s just one bathroom for everyone to share.

“The room was dirty so I couldn't stay there.”

I appreciated the location, but the room was a nightmare: the bed and pillows were ripped and stained, walls had marks, and dust covered everything. When I reported it, the staff said the cleaners had already cleaned the room and offered a refund, yet I never received it. They wouldn’t let me upload a video, so I ended up taking screenshots of the footage instead.
