The location is superb, getting there is an adventure in a 4×4, the staff are extremely friendly, the breakfast and dinner are excellent, and there are fun activities you can book on site, though we only stayed one night.

The staff, especially Mr Hames, was very welcoming. He met us at a pickup point, and from there we drove 30 minutes to the Dome location, passing through the desert—make sure you bring a 4WD for that part of the journey.

This isn’t our first desert hotel, but it might be the best. The food was tasty, the room comfortable with no water issues. The welcome was great, and I highly recommend riding quad bikes at sunset or trying paragliding. The camels were clean and well cared for, and everything ran on time, minute by minute.
