I can barely put into words how special this place is. The house, rooms, garden—all feel incredibly harmonious and thoughtfully designed, with small details that reveal the time and attention invested. Yet it never feels staged, just very personal and authentic. For those seeking peace and a characterful spot, this is the place. The breakfast was a highlight: everything homemade in the small kitchen behind the counter, and you taste the love in the cooking. Patrizia is not only a great chef but also an amazing teacher; I took a private orecchiette cooking class with her, learned how to make the pasta, and had a truly enjoyable afternoon. The class was exclusive to me and was a lot of fun. Afterwards, we had a shared lunch with my husband, freshly prepared with regional ingredients and incredible attention to detail—a memory I’ll cherish long after the trip. Gianna, the owner, is an exceptionally warm host who makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She has an uncanny sense of what guests need, making you feel cared for and free at the same time. We stayed only a few nights, yet it feels like we took home far more than a nice accommodation. We would come back anytime—this is probably the biggest compliment you can give a place.
