The room was very comfortable and perfect, with no issues.

I appreciate how private the hotel feels, which is reassuring. However, when I asked staff to verify that my room was fully locked while I was away, they never returned to me, which made me feel less secure.

The location is strategic. The TV had no channels or sound, and the shower was subpar—please improve.

We were initially impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the convenient location, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the hairdryer was broken, and the room wasn't cleaned or replenished with towels and essentials for the second day of our stay. When we complained, the receptionist gave us a dirty look - it was a really frustrating experience and we won't be back.
