The bed was super comfortable. Paying for the cost, you expect maximum comfort and spectacular service, but my experience fell far short. The coffee requires a scheduled time; that’s fine if it’s punctual. On the first day I booked 08:20, but it arrived at 09:00. The quantity was scant. On the second day I had to remind the staff via the form that we were two people, so we expected a comparable quantity. Cleaning was frustrating when I found the room messy after a full day of sightseeing. I left the key at reception on exit, in the receptionist’s hand. When I returned and asked about the messy room, I was told I should have requested cleaning. Should I have asked? Or should the staff have asked me? Given the room rate, I shouldn’t have to worry about anything or have doubts. A few days before check‑in I received an orientation letter that said nothing about room cleaning. Finally, each chalet has a charming private pool and a TV in that private area. The problem arises when each chalet turns on its TV at whatever volume it finds convenient. At the end, for almost 1500 R$ in just two nights, the experience I had was almost like a CVC tour. The staff are very friendly, but I felt they were poorly guided/trained.
