The location close to the train station was great for us. The staff were very friendly and we received a guest card for two nights plus free public transport. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. I found the online check‑in with a voice‑assistant a bit unnecessary, especially since staff were on hand.

The central location offers a beautiful view of the mountains and a good parking spot, and the owner is friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were small but nice, and I felt it was a lovely family‑run place. The downside was that the reception closes at 2 pm and you have to settle the bill at the end of your stay.

Everything was straightforward: the staff were very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, close to the train station and ski lifts, and I could use the spa at a partner hotel.
