“Просто супер! Вернемся еще !!)”

We really liked the hotel. Even though we checked in late, they greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, brought everything in, and even called ahead to confirm our arrival time. That level of care was a nice touch. The room was clean, cozy, and pretty. Breakfasts were wonderful—tasty, homemade, and full of soul. The staff were all very kind, responsive, and pleasant. A big plus was the free shuttle to and from the mountain, even though the hotel isn’t right next to the lifts; the ride takes about 5 minutes, so it was no inconvenience. Everything was well organized and all the essentials were provided. We left very satisfied with our stay. Initially we were cold, but they added a battery heater and it got warm, so that worked out.

“Excellent, Value for money, perfect for family vacation.”

The place is run by a family and the people are very warm, always ready to help and go the extra mile for comfort. Saba, in particular, was helpful. The only downside is that it’s far from the marketplace.
