It was close to the airport and the staff were friendly, but the food wasn’t great and it was pricey for what it was.

The place was spotless, but it felt more like a club than a hotel, making it impossible to rest.

The room was decent and the airport shuttle worked well, but the location was inconvenient and there was no breakfast offered.

The spot was fine for what we needed, close to downtown, and my husband and son enjoyed the gym. However, the front desk clerk completely missed the details of our reservation, putting us in the wrong room instead of the one we had prepaid for. When we went back downstairs, the same clerk casually handed us the correct room. Later that night, another guest mistakenly entered our room; she shut the door once she realized we were there. At the front desk, the clerk who had reassigned the room admitted they had given us the room and forgot to update the system. Mistakes happen, but that was careless. The property felt stuffy, the room smelled stale—probably the carpet—and we had to buy Febreze and other air fresheners. The lighting was poor, not as bright as the online photos, and the cheap upgrades were obvious. The bathroom was too small for a room advertised as a one‑bedroom. Parking was an issue: we had to pay for a lot with almost no space, and at night there was literally nowhere to park.
