“Melhor All inclusive do Rio de Janeiro!!”

Cerveja estupidamente gelada, wifi funciona perfeitamente, equipe de animação nota 1000, e funcionarios atenciosos o tempo inteiro. Melhor all inclusive do Rio de Janeiro, disparado!. Tudo perfeito, a unica coisa que eu mudaria, seria modernizar a fechadura das portas, mas é apenas um detalhe!

The structure and staff are attentive and helpful. However, the hotel needs to better define the audience it wants to serve. Mixing holiday guests, large tour groups, and event attendees creates a lot of traffic and disrupts those looking for rest. The children’s activities, concentrated in the central area and very close to the rooms, also significantly affect the quiet and relaxation. Another issue is the “all‑inclusive” concept: setting times for coconut water, juices, and popsicles—and not offering them outside those times, even for a fee—goes against the expected proposition of a resort of this category. Good structure, but the operation needs to be reviewed to deliver an experience more coherent with what is marketed.
