The towels were dirty, and I was given a first‑floor room next to the reception where every conversation could be heard; the door opened onto the street and traffic noise was awful. Everything else was terrible.

The location was fine, but when I arrived they told me I had two rooms, even though my app showed only one, and they were charging me for both; on top of that the room smelled like poison and there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

The location was good, but there was no refrigerator.

The place was very central and safe; the room and bathroom were very clean, the weather was pleasant, and despite having a street view the outside noise was not audible. The staff were very attentive and I would come back. The breakfast only offered cookies, coffee, or tea, which seemed light for the price; the stair height was too steep and a bit uncomfortable to climb.
