“Enttäuschend”

The balcony view is great, but we booked breakfast and the hotel failed to provide it for three consecutive days. The management couldn’t offer an alternative, leaving us to fend for ourselves. On day three we decided to leave. We had paid in advance, and a refund was promised but has not yet been issued. I’ll see if I can recover any of the money. There is no bike parking. Guests pay a 10 € daily parking fee, while restaurant patrons park for free—no explanation given. I won’t return to the Heikendorf beach hotel.

“Schöner entspannter Ort in der Nebensaison”

I stayed just one night in the off‑season and was happy with the moderate price and the friendly, relaxed staff in both the hotel and the dining area, all set right by the water in a nice building.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony view, and the staff were friendly and welcoming; I can’t think of anything that needs improvement.
