Lovely guest house, only 5 minutes from the train station and town centre. Very clean and friendly. Our room, number 6, was spacious with a mountain view, and breakfast was super. There is nothing not to like.

Kenmore Guest House sits just about 5 minutes from the railway station, and the town centre cafés and shops are only a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are spotless, exceptionally clean, and the owners are very nice and obliging. I've stayed here twice and will definitely return.

Staying at The Kenmore Guest House in Llandudno felt exceptionally warm and comfortable. Room 6 was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, making it feel like home right away. The room featured a King or Super King, a comfortable bed, modern ensuite facilities, and a special extra seating area with tea and coffee making facilities that made it almost like a small suite. This allowed us to relax in-room, whether with a quiet cup of tea or just unwinding in comfort. From the start, Karen and David were outstanding hosts, attentive to every query and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Karen even happily offered us plates and cutlery when we chose takeaway, making meals convenient and stress‑free. This personal touch, combined with the suite‑like layout of Room 6, truly enhanced the sense of hospitality and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was freshly prepared with a great variety of options, giving a perfect start to our day. The quiet street location was ideal, providing easy access to both the promenade and the town centre while maintaining peace and privacy. The guesthouse garden offered a lovely space to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. We would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Llandudno. Rating: 5/5 – for superior hospitality, comfort, and delightful thoughtful touches.
