The staff are friendly, the design is pleasant, but the bathroom needs fixing (the wood paneling is ruined and the shower box is damaged by limescale). The breakfast is terribly poor. Fruit is minimal, pastries look packaged, and the savory portion is far below standard.

The pool area with restaurant and bar is cozy. The room has good air conditioning. The hotel is small and neat inside. Breakfast is not included in the price of KR 9,000 per night for a triple room. I had to pay the full price for breakfast for a 9‑year‑old, who almost didn’t eat breakfast. The pool water was ice‑cold, even though the air temperature was 28 °C every day. There was no sun at the pool because the sun was too weak in September and the surrounding buildings blocked it. The staff did not have a pleasant vibe towards the few guests staying there for the three days we were there. It seemed like they were annoyed with tourists; we were surprised that so few guests were there at the end of September, and no one ate in the restaurant in the evenings, even though it was so nice. We did not try the restaurant food, so we don’t know how it was.

The staff were so welcoming and exceptionally helpful. Warm and friendly environment. The food was also exceptional. I loved it, there was nothing I would change about it
