“Could have been better. Came in for a leisure trip, cancelled plans to relax in the room and watch TV with kids but noth”

The location is close to the airport, but the place is poorly maintained, the TV isn’t working, the bathroom is bad, and breakfast lacks non‑dairy milk, which is basic.

Location. Ceiling was falling in room. When we requested another room, my husband was told they could move us the next day. Heating and cooling were difficult to regulate. Toilet paper holder was falling off wall. Soap/shampoo holder in shower was empty, and replacements were sitting on tub. Breakfast counter was a mess. Lady taking care of area kept putting food in take-out containers and leaving the area with another man. Food wasn't very good. The coffee was not good and there was not a very good selection of creamers. We thought the phone wasn't working but it had been unplugged. There was a car in the parking lot covered with derogatory stickers. It was near where we parked and did not appear to move the entire 3 days. Do people live there?
