It isn’t the hotel that’s the issue; it’s all about the Totally Cheating app. I’m going to uninstall it and would never recommend it to anyone. Please excuse me for using your app. At the time of booking one price was shown, but once I settled the amount another price appeared. I travel to Kerala constantly using other hotel booking apps, but this app is cheating customers. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The hotel was clean, but the check‑in was a nightmare: after receiving the booking confirmation email, the front desk said the room wasn’t available; after arguing and complaining, they finally let me check in.
