I was told the room was extremely hot without an air conditioner, so they handed me a fan. The curtains were stained with dead mosquito blood, the sheets hadn’t been changed, and the walls had visible holes in the drywall; the TV mount was hanging but no TV was installed. The shower step was slippery because the shower head kept falling off, spraying everywhere and flooding half the bathroom. The breakfast was really minimal, so we ended up at a pastry bar instead.
