The flat is close to the historic part of Matera. The room was tidy and very clean. Valentina, the owner, was very helpful and sweet. Having a parking space on the property is an extra convenience in Matera.

Valentina gave us useful tips for our stay and took excellent care of us. The flat was spotless, modern, and set up nicely, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center. There’s a secure parking spot in the courtyard.

Parking was close and the owners treated us fairly. Breakfast was poor, missing fruit, and at least we expected the photos to match reality; towels weren’t changed and the room wasn’t cleaned.

The apartment is small but perfect, with beds for two plus two bunk beds, well arranged. The host is very welcoming, friendly, and gives good advice. It’s near the sites to visit in the center. Breakfast is good (coffee, pastries, juice, cakes…), there’s a private parking, and it’s quiet.
